1. Yes. hiccuping/burping is also embarrassing.

2. i think snoring is embarrasing in some countries.

3. One day, me and my friend went to a department store. While we were in the elevator, my friend farted accidentally. Everyone in the elevator looked at each other and wanted to know who just farted. My friend pretended that it wasn't her and was somebody else. When we reached the next floor, me and my friend were so embarrassed and we ran out the elevator right away. My friend said that she'll never go to that store ever again.
