    看到#1及#2的回答

    有些形態不是很正確喔~

    ex: Customer: Hello. I want to look for Mr. Wu

    (不能使用I want,應要用may I,因用I want是很不禮貌的)

    不好意思喔!不是故意要評論.只是看到想告知一下啦~

    Since this is a conversation during a phone call:

    S -->Secterary C -->Customer

    S: ... Company, this is (name). How may I help/assist you?

    C: May I speak/talk to Mr. Wu?

    S: He is not in his office now. May I ask who's calling, please?

    C: This is Jacky Lee from the Sunny Company in Hong Kong. I have an appointment with Mr. Wu (at 4pm, today, tomorrow...)

    S: One moment, please, let me check on his schedule.... I am sorry, but according to the schedule, your appointment is tomorrow.

    C: Would you help me to check if the appointment is scheduled on the 26th? (or sometimes: Really? I thought the appointment is on the 26th.)

    S: Yes, it is on the 26th. But, Today is the 25th.

    C: Sorry, it is my mistake. I thought today is the 26th.

    S: It is all right.

    C: Thank you. I will be back tomorrow.

    S: Good bye (or just bye)

    C: Bye.
