S -->Secterary C -->Customer
S: ... Company, this is (name). How may I help/assist you?
C: May I speak/talk to Mr. Wu?
S: He is not in his office now. May I ask who's calling, please?
C: This is Jacky Lee from the Sunny Company in Hong Kong. I have an appointment with Mr. Wu (at 4pm, today, tomorrow...)
S: One moment, please, let me check on his schedule.... I am sorry, but according to the schedule, your appointment is tomorrow.
C: Would you help me to check if the appointment is scheduled on the 26th? (or sometimes: Really? I thought the appointment is on the 26th.)
