純椰汁西米露(甜點)

材料: 西谷米、水、純椰汁、糖

作法:1.水煮滾後到下西谷米,邊煮邊攪動以免黏底。

2.小火煮10分中後熄火,再悶10分中,即可出備用。

3.純椰汁加糖攪拌至糖全部溶化時,加西谷米,冰涼後即可食用。

配菜選擇:紅豆、綠豆、大豆

    Pour coconut milk and low-starch bead sweet soup

    Ingredients:

    low-starch bead

    water

    pour coconut milk

    sugar

    Protocol:

    1. Pour in low-starch bead into boiled water, and stir it occasionally to avoid sticking on the bottom of pot.

    2. Keep boiling it for 10 minutes over low-heat. Remove from heat and cover the lid. Let simmer for another 10 minutes. Drain it and the bead shall be ready for use.

    3. Prepare another bowl. Pour in coconut milk and stir in sugar. Make sure all the sugar is dissolved completely. Add low-starch bead into coconut milk and chill it until serving.

    Rea bean

    Green bead

    Kidney bean
