1. Cut tomato in half; Place cut side down on cutting board,and chop into

small pieces, and mix egg in the bowl

2. Heat the 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil in the skillet over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes

cook the tomato about 3minutes, slow add egg fluid stirring ferquently, untill egg is

golden brown.

3. Stir in the 1/2 Teaspoon salt ,1/2 Teaspoon sugar,1 Teaspoon tapioca starch.

4 Tablespoons water , Heat to boiling over high heat 2minutes, stirring occasionally

    看來看去真的是蕃茄炒蛋

    不過小丸子的同學煮法比較正確

    看起來很像是蕃茄炒蛋喔~

    1.先將蕃茄切成二半,再將蕃茄切小點,雞蛋攪拌後在旁備用。

    2.放入2湯匙蔬菜油,熱鍋加熱1-2分鐘,將蕃茄放入煮3分鐘左右,將蛋液倒入鍋裡,使其轉成金黃色。

    3.加入4大匙水,再放入1/2茶匙的鹽、1/2茶匙的糖(味素)及1茶匙的太白粉,沸騰2分鐘即可。

    1.把番茄切半 把切半的放在切板上 再把他切成更小塊 把他放到碗裡跟  蛋混合

    2.把兩湯匙的植物油放在平底鍋裡用中火熱1~2分鐘  然後把番茄煮3分  鐘左右 慢慢的把剛剛混合的1放進鍋子裡並且不停的攪拌 直到顏色變  成金黃色

    3.攪拌1/2茶匙的鹽 1/2茶匙的糖 1茶匙的木薯粉 4湯匙的水

      加熱到沸騰兩分鐘 並且要偶爾攪拌一下

    大概是降子吧~~不過我不懂的是番茄都切成碎片了怎麼煮阿...
