    C is correct.

    Take the first sentence:

    Despite relatively insignificant sense of sight.

    We can see

    verb = despite

    adverb = relatively

    object (noun) = insignificant sense of sight

    If you choose B, then the sentence would need to be changed into:

    Although moth's sense of sight is relatively insignificant.

    We change the sentence this way because the answer chosen would lack a verb, and we need to insert a verb into the sentence, I used "is" as the verb.

    I hope this helps.
