取代嗎，在用法上是相同還是不同呢？

conduct 是領導型的經營，而 prudence 比較像兢兢業業的經營，雖然類似，但並不好互相取代，怕原本稱讚變調侃~~~~prudence

prudence - 名詞 - 慎重..沒有經營管理的意思, 除非當副詞 - prudently, 那可能可以說慎重地經營管理. He runs the company prudently.conduct - 在經營管理的意思上, 比較偏向於 "處理", 其他我有看過 conduce business 的說法 - 經營生意. 所以這兩個字應該不難分別.
