無法寄信>”<

Question

為什麼我無法寄信給我的女朋友

他是會計師 所以我都是寄去到他的公司信箱 每當我寄一封信

奇摩都會發回一個失敗的通知信 可是 我信箱沒打錯呀...

無論我用寄信 回覆 複製 或者是申請別家的帳號 都是一樣..

我已經用了 pc home msn 跟奇摩了 結果都是沒寄出

他不是用奇摩 msn那些的 他用公司的信箱 他已經寄了好幾封給我了

他也說他朋友也用奇摩也是能正常寄出 怎麼我的卻不行

我叫我朋友幫我寄看看 結果他們也沒辦法寄 到底怎麼了..

我用別台電腦情況也是一樣...

幫你查了一下，他們公司原本註冊是使用台固線路，可是目前 ping 到的紀錄是速博的 xDSL線路，所以應該是他們公司的 DNS沒有更新，導致外面寄信去會找不到，但是他們可以寄出來！

2.

另外，該公司原本註冊的郵件伺服器，目前 ping 不到，這個問題應該要請他們公司的資訊人員去處理才有辦法解決。

上面這兩行的意思是說，因為找不到郵件伺服器，所以他以為你是要經由61.30.123.82去轉寄信件，才會回傳這個值，告訴你不能經由這台機器去轉信

還是請他們公司的 IT處理吧，祝好運
