請問這樣寫英文的文法正確嗎?

Regarding last time the payment , your P.O. No. F94197 the total amount is USD512.06

Did you have transfer the check to Mr. Mike ? can you send the recepit by fax to us for reference.

Now we were still have not received this payment , so please give us any about the payment receipt we can check this payment.

    是要催收款項嗎? 英文書信最好用肯定直接的語氣, 我的建議如下 ---

    Dear Sir,

    We would like to check the status of your previous payment, P.O. No. F94197 with a total amount of USD512.06, since we have not received it yet. If you already transfer the payment to Mr. Mike, please fax the receipt to us as a notification. If not, please transfer the payment ASAP. Thank you for your corporation.

    Regarding to the last payment , the total amount of your P.O. No. F94197 is USD$512.06. The pament so far is not received by us.

    Has the check been transfered to Mr. Mike ? May I have a copy of the recepit by fax for reference?

    公文書信好不要跟客戶說 "你"怎樣的,最好是說 "支票怎樣","系統"怎樣,用被動句比較好
