~~南瓜醋漬物~~

A 材料: 南瓜1斤 鹽水1.5杯(鹽2小匙+冷開水1.5杯) 醋1/2杯 糖1/2

B 作法:

1.南瓜去皮、去籽,黃色部份切成薄片備用。

2.將鹽水混拌均勻,放入南瓜片醃上8小時後瀝出湯汁。

3.將醃漬物全部放入密封罐中加入醋、糖封緊再加以醃製。

4.放入冰箱中冷藏3天即可食用。

    *Pumpkin Pickle

    INGREDIENTS:

    •1 kg pumpkin

    •1.5 cup salty water ( 2 spoon of salt and water 1.5 cup)

    •1/2 cup vinegar

    •1/2 cup sugar

    DIRECTIONS:

    •Remove the peel and the seeds of pumpkin. Slice the pumpkin.

    •Preserve the sliced pumpkin with salty water. After 8 hours, pour salty water out.

    •Put the persevered pumpkin into sealed pot, then add vinegar and sugar.

    •Cover and refrigerate this pot at least 3 days before serving..
