jambalaya 什錦飯

有誰可以給我 ”jambalaya 什錦飯” 的食譜感謝........

    1 pounds磅 Black Forest honey ham深色蜂蜜火腿, cubed切丁(我自已做沒有的話以costco的蜂蜜火腿代替,再沒有外面那種台畜或是伯克火腿也行啦)

    1 1/2 pounds smoked Cajun sausage煙香腸, sliced 1/4" thick切1/4吋(這個的話沒有可以以那種德國脆熱狗代替)

    1/2 pounds mild smoked sausage淡煙香腸, sliced 1/4" thick(找不到的話就算了)

    1 pound cooked chicken breast水煮雞胸, cubed

    1 large onion洋蔥, chopped切碎

    1 roasted red bell pepper紅青椒, chopped (我自已做的話,沒有的話放那種綠色青椒也不會怎樣)

    1/4 cup fresh parsley巴西利, chopped(沒有的話可以放香菜)

    2 ribs根 celery(芹菜), chopped

    5 cloves garlic大蒜, chopped(一定要放)

    1 14-oz. can diced tomato番茄, slightly drained

    2 bay leaves月桂葉

    1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, or to taste(costco或美國超市有賣,就叫做Cajun香料,一瓶瓶的)

    salt 鹽and black pepper黑胡椒

    2 cups uncooked long-grain rice長米(泰國香米也好)

    2 1/2 cups chicken stock 雞高湯or water水(雞高湯比較香) 

    1/2 cup dry不甜的 red wine紅酒 (optional)(一定要,買那種便宜的就好了)

    油熱鍋,全部的料下去炒(菜先肉後),炒到香後,加入紅酒翻幾下關火。

    生米洗好泡一下(可以先把米洗好,再去炒東西),把料加下去拌一拌,雞高湯加下去,電鍋外面一杯水下去蒸,等好了以後,悶一下就行了。Serves 8人份.

    切記,頭一次做記得照著食譜來,就會很好吃,等你熟了,再東加加西少少,還是會很好吃。
