do companies want a better employee?

Of course they want better employees... but usually not part-time workers (students or temp. workers). It's acceptable, isn't it? If you're a leader in a company, will you hire a graduated candidate (from aboard or MBA or...), or someone who is going to take further courses in 2 years, but wants to stay in your company for a while? I am not saying you are not competitive, you are, but not now. So, don't tell them that aboard thing, and choice a job which benefits your future career(don't waste these 2-3 years working experience), though I don't agree w/ cheating! Let's call "hiding".
