Negotiation, generally defined as “discussing with the goal of reaching agreement”, is an indispensable aspect of social interaction.

While often associated with business, negotiation is just as necessary and useful in personal relationships of all kinds.

People who have garnered the reputation of being good negotiators enjoy a certain mystique, as if their fame rests on some innate ability unable to be taught or learned.

Fortunately, this is not entirely true; negotiation is a skill and as such can be acquired and improved through sincere study and frequent application of the appropriate methods.

    While often associated with business, negotiation is just as necessary and useful in personal relationships of all kinds.

    我們常常在生意場上看到大家為某事進行「協商」,但其實在日常生活裏,我們也同樣需要為各種事情和別人協商。
