還是提供您簡單一個區分概念吧
worth 有名詞. 介系詞形容詞. 跟動詞的含意
worthy有形容詞. 名詞兩的含意
但是最常用的主要含意...worth是名詞. worthy是形容詞 (發音也不同)
先不管附加其他用法...簡單地分就是worth名詞 + Y = worthy形容詞化
當然這2字還有其他延伸用法...但是針對"區分概念"而言. 可以這樣簡單

worth:
一、adj.
1. 有某種價值 → having a certain value
2. (有時後接動詞的-ing形式) 值得(做某事);有(做某事)的價值 → (sometimes followed by the -ing form of a V.) giving or likely to give a satisfactory or rewarding return for (doing sth)
Ex:
1. Our house is worth about NT one million. 我們的房子約值新台幣一百萬。
2. The book is worth reading. / It's worth reading the book. 這本書值得一讀。
二、n.
1.(表數量、持續時間的名詞之後)
a.值某金額的量 → amount of sth that a specified sum of money will buy
b.能持續某段時間的量 → amount of sth that will last for a specified length of time
Ex:
1. ten pounds' worth of petrol 十英鎊的汽油。
2. two weeks' worth of supplies 能維持兩星期的供應品。
2.價值;用處 → value or usefulness
Ex: people of worth in the community 社區裡的重要人物。

一、adj.

3. a)適合於某事物 → suitable for sth
b)某人的典型 → typical of sb/ sth
Ex:
1. Their efforts are worthy of your support. 他們這樣努力應得到你的支持。

1. The watch is worth NT$500.
2. be worth Ving
=be worthy to V
=be worthy of Ving
例句:
The book is worth reading.
= The book is worthy to be read.
= The book is worthy of being read.
3. be worth one's while to V.
例句:
It's worth your while to read the book.
=It's worthwhile to read the book.
4.It's a worth-while book.
