I have really dark brown eyes, but I think it works pretty much the same. I use anything with a shimmery metalic look. Like shimmery purples, silvers, and golds. It depends, too, alot on you skin tone. But a great way to make eyes pop is to use eye liner. Try smudging dark eyeshadow across lid just as you would eyeliner. This gives a smoky effect. Also, you really want to play with the contours of your eyelid. Apply a medium dark shade across the whole crease, but not too much on the inner part. Then use a really dark color to emphasize the outter part. Use a shimmery neutral shade like pink or peach or white for just below your eyebrow, on the bone. Apply mascara. My personal favorite that I repeatedly go back to(if you want thick dramatic eyelashes) is Loreal Lash Architect. Good Luck!
Lots of experience with makeup experimentation. I currently own 6 mascaras, just to discover the best. I am also an artist, so I have a natural instinct for color and shade/light effects
