You can buy the whole kit at a good supermarket. It will be next to the cake mixes. It even has the graham cracker crust mix which is easy to use.If you don't have a pie or cake pan then get a tin pie pan, which they will have also. This kit comes with a can of cherries & if you don't want that with your cheesecake you can get a can of whatever kind of fruit you do want in the canned fruit section.Best of all my dear,no cooking involved at all!!!!!!!!! Good luck

Source(s): I've used this myself.Easy, pretty fast & turns out great.

even easier....they sell a no bake cheesecake in a box in the "Bakery" aisle of the supermarket. My 7 year old brother can make it so I have no doubt you could too. Not sure how they taste but you could make it then get frozen strawberries with syrup or...take fresh strawberries, cut them in quarters, use about 1/2 cup of sugar per pint of strawberries and mash them up with a potato masher and it makes a sweet syrup with the strawberry juice. Here is the no bake I was talking about

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

    Olive Garden's Raspberry Mousse Cheesecake

Another great dessert by Olive Garden.

    1 1/2 tsp. Gelatin

    1 1/2 Tbsp. Cold water

    1/2 C. Raspberry preserves

    2 Tbsp. Sugar

    1 C. Heavy whipping cream

1 lb. Cream cheese - softened

    1/2 C. Sugar

    2 Eggs

    1/2 tsp. Vanilla

    1 9" chocolate crumb crust - prepared

FILLING-Preheat oven to 325~. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla with electric mixer on medium until thoroughly blended, about 3 to 4 minutes. Pour into prepared crust. Place on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Cool to refrigerated temperature. MOUSSE-Sprinkle gelatin over cold water, stir and let stand 1 minute. Micro on HIGH for 30 seconds or until gelatin is completely dissolved. (Or heat on stove with 1 additional tablespoon of water.) Combine gelatin with preserves. Chill 10 minutes. CREAM-Whip cream until soft peaks form. Add 2 tablespoon sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Measure out 1-1/2 c of whipped cream for mousse and set aside. Refrigerate remainder of cream for topping. Gently fold raspberry mixture into measured whipped cream. Spread raspberry mousse on top of chilled cheesecake, mounding slightly in the center. Chill 1 hour before serving. To serve, cut cheesecake into 6 servings and top each piece with a dollop of reserved whipped cream.

I make the Jello brand NO BAKE cheesecake. Its fast and easy and it doesn't last more than three days around here. Best part -- NO BAKE! I buy it at Wal-Mart, on the same isle as the Jello pudding and stuff. Good Luck.
