No, not at all.
I'm dismayed initially by the number of "yoofs" who seemingly cannot spell. Apparently, it's "kewl" to spell certain words incorrectly. One girl kept referring to "ma" this and "ma" that. I was wondering what her mother had to with the conversation. Some of the spelling is so bad that I wonder what they are learning in school. Yes, I realize that there are also a lot of non-English speaking individuals here, but you can tell the difference.
Secondly, the number of pubescent teenagers that are apparently only interested in sex is quite disturbing. When 'girl_13' is asking, "hw do i gv h***", I wonder where her priorities lie. It seems that the majority of these kids are learning to be sub-standard human beings with no moral pejorative at all.
We seem to be fostering a nation of children who grow up before their time, don't appreciate the importance of being young while you still can, and underestimate the critical importance of concentrating their collective energies on education and self-improvement. Worse, the number of homework questions that are being asked here is ridiculous. Do they honestly think that, in the workplace, they will find a willing individual to complete their workload? Little wonder that the simplest of questions are either met with out-and-out abuse, or the electronic equivalent of a grunt.
This forum could, and should, be used as a fun environment to meet people, and to learn something in an interesting and novel way. Let the children interact here as much as they wish, but I say they need to be chaperoned and barred if necessary.
