How do you link up your yahoo mail account to outlook? I have SBC e-mail service.?

I am paying for SBC service, so I should be able to do this, but I can't figure it out.

yahoo should have given you incoming and outgoing mail servers ... you need to set up a new account (mail) in outlook and enter your information into the wizard ... then you should be able to get your yahoo mail in outlook

If you don't pay for Yahoo, you can't download your mail from Yahoo. That means you can't use another e-mail program to access yahoo mail.
