Why do red states ship their homeless to California?
Isn't that passing the buck to California? Does that really solve anything?
I know for a fact that they do this and then claim to have "solved" the homeless problem.
There's thousands of bussing programs to San Francisco.

Care to share the "facts" that you know that "red" states do this?
Are you sure it isn't CA's own fault for making the homeless so comfortable there, with all kinds of programs that make it easier to live in the street?

They don't. Homeless people make their way to California for one two obvious reasons.
1) The free gifts and cash prizes.
2) The weather (a winter on the streets in California is much more desirable than a winter on the streets of Fargo)

THEY DON'T. The homeless learn after a while that you can get anything you want in California. That is why California is on the verge of bankruptcy.
