    what he delivers in what time and for what money. ask a portfolio and you can decide if it is your style. prepare that he will ask back and you should know what you want so he can help you.

    A pot luck!

    There are too many "web designers": anyone with 2 hours experience on Dreamweaver calls himself a "web designer"...

    Ask, at least, for a portfolio, as well as sites they have developed.

    Personally, I don't work with "all-rounded" designers: they are usually mediocre. I work with good designers (artists), good developers (coders) and good marketing advisers.

    A good artist is never a good coder, a good coder is never a good artist!

    2.search for a web designer

    3.post your project there

    4.wait for proposals from developers to come

    5. according to proposals and feedbacks you could select someone intelligently
