Financial information alone cannot give a complete picture of a business performance. Discuss?

There are people involved too. That included employees and customers, managers, executives - a lot of different people - suppliers, and on and on. Financial information can measure growth and that is important to stockholders who want a return on their investment but a business can be doing quite well and not grow that much. The numbers do not tell the whole story. Also financial information is only part of the information involved in running a business.
