Will a business broker sell a website?
I own a website... not a business. I'm going to make a few phone calls, but wanted to know first before I do. Do or will business brokers sell websites?

A business, providing it is viable as a going-concern, is a business, regardless of whether it's online or not. I would say that most brokers would help you sell it.
Have you tried http://www.flippa.com/ - they specialize in listing online business for sale. There's also a few others out there.

Hi Kyle
Graham is right. A business is a business regardless of whether it is online or offline. The right question to be asking is whether it is making a profit? If it is, then yes it will be sellable.
Flippa is a good place for the DIY seller. If you do want a Brokers assistance, then I know of one who is successfully selling in the online space. Let me know if you want me to introduce you.
cheers Denise
