How old is she now? 1 mo away from her litter is very early, if she's still young she may benefit from socializing with another dog. Maybe you have a friend with a well behaved dog - have them spend time together, that will help tremendously. The other thing is that dogs are like kids, the more attention you give them the more they want. They benefit from knowing boundaries and having set routines. Also work-reward routines are very good too. For example, it's a very good thing in any circumstances to keep your dog active, so take your dog for a longer brisker walk, or to the dog park, or go out in the yard and do routines with it for half an hour BEFORE feeding, for example. When i say routines i mean you can play fetch, you can make it run, you can do a training sessions for something you are interested in training you dog in, any type of work, it doesn't have to be unpleasant, but it has to be perceived as "now I want to do this, THEN we eat". It will take time, and you will have to repeat yourself a lot (!) but i think you will both like the results in the end.
