how do i create good rich content for my webpage?

i recently built a webpage and am learning alot but i need help i need good pointers if anyone has tips or advice please let me know....

Some tips:

Get everything off the top of the page except the title

I don't know spanish but I am guessing there are different topics, you should create links to those next to the home link, to do that you can look here http://www.tizag.com/htmlT/links.php

Maybe try putting the second picture under the green line
