Why did whites and Asians become advanced before blacks?

Please don't give me the standard liberal lecture of how Africa had tribes that fought each other leaving little time for inventions. The same was true for Europe and Asia, yet these regions became advanced and used a high level of technology well before blacks ever did. Is this a matter of race and IQ???...

Availability of domesticated animals makes a difference in the advancement of civilization. According to author Jared Diamond, the blacks are simply unlucky to live at the wrong place. Read the book listed below, the book was made into a PBS documentary film too. You can also check out the video from your public library.

It is just one man's theory. You decide for yourself if his argument makes sense or not.

Answer: its nice that Africa isn't like Asia or American.

(only if people didn't bring certain diseases there).

The environment plays a role in there so I can't give an answer. I don't think anyone truly can.

Maybe cause the white people practically destroyed the black people.. at least here in Australia they did with the aboriginals.
Although i must say I'm glad I'm white.

It is a good question. In the US it is largely due to the mid 60s Welfare policies of Lyndon Johnson, who actually tried to help them. As a result these policies dizinsentivized most of them from working and most importantly from forming/staying in families, which contributed to the poverty and , hence, crime in black communities
