Easiest way is surgery but it is expensive. Another way to get rid of fat is to do an endurance exercise.
Endurance exercises include running or even walking, swimming, dancing and many other things for a long period of time. Time is the key here. The fact here is that when we excercise or move around in our daily activities, glucose and sugar elements in our body are burned first. After the body's first source of energy is used up then here comes the good part. It would burn the fat stored in our body.
