Do you think this is a scratched CD or a computer problem or...? I have a VAIO laptop and Windows Vista. What can I do?

Thanks in advance.

Update 2: I've just found a programme that sorts out the compatibility problems! Yay!

Thanks everyone. I'll post BA as soon as I can.
