Do you read books written by authors who are Black, Indian, Latin, (Female), etc...?

Are most of the authors in your collection male, or
White males? They dominate the field of authorship,
and seeking interesting authors of disparate backgrounds, or
cultures can be a challenge if you are not prone to searching.

Have you diversified your book collection, in any way?
Update: It is impossible to diversify by race because there is only one-- human. It is possible to diversify culturally. Culture affects everything. This is not a negative observation, just a behavioral absolute-- though one certainly isn't DEFINED by their culture. ones life experience.

Choosing to ignore an author's culture does
not mean that they don't have one.

This question is not about prejudice. It is
about an opposite idea-- diversity, purposeful,
and gloriously conscious.

Ignorance is an interesting defense, but not
relevant to the idea of my post.
