Everyone seems stress....???thoughts?

During the past week, how many times would you say you felt stress?

It seems like everyone is stress, why and how did you relax yourself? Expand and explain.

    Your level of stress depends on what you are focusing on. What generally happens is that people become aware of a problem and their thoughts lock onto that problem and the associated fears.

    Yet the solution will always come, as Einstein said at a higher level of thought, by zooming out to the big picture. The ability to relax and effectively resolve stress comes by controlling the focus of your mind so you can zoom in and out to the details and the big picture.

    I dont stress. It's 100% preventible. Move on to the enjoyable aspects of life.

    I learned a long time ago how to deal with stress.

    I just refuse to let things bother me because tomorrow, the next day, or the day after that, whatever it is won't be an issue anymore.
