Typically this problem is due to the lack of water in your body causing dehydration. Water is the number one deficiency in America today. It takes about 6 months for your bones to dry out and also about 6 months to rehydrate them properly. If you drink diuretic drinks like, cokes, sodas of any kind, tea, fruit juices from commercially bottled sources, alcohol, etc., this is all dehydrating you and taking water out of your body. Realize that you need 7.5 quarts of water in your body each day to digest 1 quart of food you eat per day on the average. To properly hydrate your body, you need to drink the following amount of water:
Take your total body weight and divide by 2. That number is the number of ounces you need to drink each day. Now if you drink ANY of the diuretic drinks, like those listed above, you will need to add more water to that amount by multiplying 1.5 times the number of ounces you drink of those to compensate for the water loss due to drinking those.
