I am in the same boat (hehe get it, boat?!) as you where I don't like fish or any other seafood but I think I should for the health benefits.
I can't give you recipes because I haven't yet prepared seafood for myself, but I have found that it is a matter of acquiring a taste for seafood in order to learn to love it. Shrimp is an easy one to start with, go buy a shrimp ring with cocktail sauce to introduce your taste buds to the taste and texture. Shrimp doesn't really taste like much, it's more the sauces you put on it.
If you are looking to get into more things like fish and lobster, you want to make sure it is fresh. Don't buy frozen lobster and crab, or imitation. The best would be to go to a fancy restaurant with someone that does enjoy it, make them order the lobster and have a bite of theirs. As for fish, start with fresh fresh fresh salmon (cedar plank on the BBQ), ahi tuna, and tilapia, these are all mild fish that will get you a good start. Again, buy as fresh as possible, fish doesn't taste the same after it's frozen. Hope that helps, sorry I couldn't give you any recipes but good luck on learning to love seafood!!
