HA! You wish you were enough of a bother to Jews that they'd want to kill you. Sorry to disappoint you - those quotes are forgeries, and often the books they refer to are made up. There really is a Zohar, but I don't *think* it's organized by folios.
Anyway, it's a moot point. I can tell you that those quotes are fakes simply because there is a commandment that states "you shall not murder". It doesn't say "you shall not murder Jews, but Christians are okay".
Murder is defined a the killing of a fellow human being in an unlawful way. (Hence it says "do not murder" and not "do not kill" - a common mis-translation.) An example of lawful killing would be if you killed someone in self defense, or in defense of someone else.
So, if a Christian comes to kill a Jew, and the Jew kills the Christian first, the Jew commits no sin. But this has nothing to do with Christians - you could substitute any religion there, or no religion, and it would still hold. And of course, this isn't what you're saying at all.
If a Jew MURDERS a Christian, he indeed commits a very serious sin. As all human beings are created in the image of G-d, to destroy such an image is essentially to slap G-d in the face, as it were.
Sorry, you'll have to sell your Jew-baiting garbage elsewhere. We're already all stocked up here on Yahoo Answers.
