LoL @ "dissolved"! :-D
What, do the apostates and opposers think we believe that what happened to Jesus' physical body is comparable to what happens to alka-seltzer in water?!
LoL!!! Where do they come up with this stuff? What will they think of next?!
The Bible blatantly states at 1 Corinthians 15:45 and 1 Peter 3:18 that upon his resurrection Jesus BECAME A SPIRIT. The human body which Jesus gave up in sacrifice was miraculously done away with by God Almighty.
Referring to the resurrected Jesus Christ, Acts 10:40, 41 says: “God raised this One [Jesus Christ] up on the third day and granted him to become manifest, not to all the people, but to witnesses appointed beforehand by God.”
Why did not others see him too? Because he was raised as A SPIRIT BEING and when, as angels (also spirit beings) had done in the past, he materialized fleshly bodies to make himself visible to his disciples, again, he did so ONLY in the presence of his disciples, not to all the people.
Many of the apostates and opposers try to no avail to somehow use Jesus' words at Luke 24:36-39 in a effort to justify their belief that Jesus was resurrected as a human being (in the flesh) in the same body that he gave up in sacrifice for imperfect mankind, however, they don't take into account that humans CANNOT see spirits in their natural spirit form, so the disciples evidently thought they were seeing an apparition or a vision (Compare Jesus' words at Mark 6:49, 50.).
Jesus assured his disciples that he was no apparition; they could see his body of flesh and could touch him, feeling the bones; he also ate in their presence. Similarly, in the past, angels (spirit beings) had materialized in order to be seen by men; they had eaten, and some had even married and fathered children (Genesis 6:4; 19:1-3). However, they only appeared to be human, but were not truly human beings at all... The same exact thing goes for Jesus Christ after his resurrection.
Following his resurrection, Jesus did not always appear in the same body of flesh (perhaps to REINFORCE in their minds the fact that he was THEN a spirit), and so he was not immediately recognized even by his close associates (John 20:14, 15; 21:4-7).
However, by his repeatedly appearing to them in materialized bodies and then saying and doing things that they would identify with the Jesus they knew, he strengthened their faith in the fact that he truly had been resurrected from the dead.
If the disciples had actually seen Jesus in the body that he now has in heaven, the apostle Paul WOULD NOT later have referred to the glorified Christ as being “the exact representation of [God’s] very being,” because God IS A SPIRIT and has NEVER been in the flesh.— John 1:18, 4:24; Hebrews 1:3; compare 1 Timothy 6:16.
Then again, most of the apostates and opposers erroneously believe that Jesus IS God Almighty so it's no wonder as to how they can botch up his resurrection to contradict what is stated in scripture. God almighty resurrected Jesus Christ as a powerful spirit being with a spirit body as he had BEFORE he came to Earth except that because of his obedience God granted him immortality and gave him much more authority than he had before he came to Earth.
Those silly apostates, when will they learn that Trix are for kids? :-P
Ciao and agape brother!
