Not even the French teams of the 1980s and late 90s/early 2000s can match them.
Germany will obviously provide a challenge in their defense of the tournament, but no side has been able to win it twice in a row since the days of Pele and Garrincha over 50yrs ago.
Brazil look good, Argentina can do damage is Messi is up to form, and Belgium are also stacked with talent. But France are beyond them all and the only thing stopping them is themselves (i.e. Euro 2016).
