    Best answer: Your router connects your devices to the Internet.
    Your ISP allocates an external IP address to your router.
    Your router allocates internal IP addresses to the devices using it.
    All the devices including the router have a "MAC" address, it only goes one "hop" but can be used to filter out unwanted devices;

    Have a read of this;
    https://askleo.com/7-steps-to-a-secure-router/
    Wi-Fi only links your router to devices in your house the absence of an Ethernet cable connection so that is not a part of your ISP`s function, their router just provides that facility.
    Your ISP are now legally obliged to warn you if illegal downloads are happening.
    Best of luck with it, regards, Bob UK.
    Nobody got a thumbs down from me by the way, and most of them did not deserve one anyway.

    i am presuming your friend is a boy/male.
    it is a masculine given name borrowed from the ancient Roman name Florianus.
    thank f**k his mother left the anus bit out,
    i think that would not work too well these days.

    but if he was living in the uk most would shorten that to Flo

    the only problem with that is
    The name Flo is a Latin baby name.
    In Latin the meaning of the name Flo is: The mythological Roman goddess of flowers.
    in the uk, it is also a shortened version of florence, (which is a girls name)

    BUT

    there are many men called sue.

    your friend has a great name, just dont worry about it.

    if you do not like calling his name,
    then make up a nickname for him.

    BUT

    there are a few famous people called Florian.
    such as,
    1. Florian Mayer (b. 1983), German tennis pro
    2. Florian Zeller (b. 1979), French novelist, playwright
    3. Florian Pittiş (1943–2007), Romanian actor

I know a lot of people will find Florian too feminine or flamboyant sounding for a boy, but I personally like names like that. If girls can be called Ryan and Dylan, what's wrong with a boy named Florian, which is still a legitimate male name? :)

    Hi everyone! So I have a windows 10 surface 3 laptop and today I pressed shut down at the bottom of the screen and a message popped up saying “Someone is still using this pc, if you shut down you may delete unsaved work”. Myself and some friends think that one of our friends has hacked into my account because they know my password (logged into my windows account on their device) could this be the reason this message has popped up?? Also this friend might have also hacked into my emails by logging into my Microsoft account because she seem to know things only discussed by email between myself and another friend. Do you think there is a possibility she has hacked into my emails and Microsoft account? Also do you know a way I could make sure of it? Thanks so much and would love some answers!!!
