  • Why are cats scared of vacuums?

Best answer: Because vacuum cleaners are loud, and loud noises scare most cats. Plus, they have better hearing than us, so imagine what it is like for them.

  • I don't want my kitten anymore, should I take her to the park and let her go?

She's becoming too much to pay for, and she's also very clingy. Like she can't last 2 minutes not being with me and it's overwhelming. Should I take her to a park and let her go?

  • Will getting my kitten declawed change her personality?

Some cats will refuse to use their litter. Some will experience pain; some may experience other symptoms from declawing. Many vets will not declaw because they consider it inhumane. Most humane societies consider it cruel.

Consider using claw covers - they are little plastic covers for the claws and they even come in different colors. A groomer can apply them properly. This avoids damage done by the claws and is a bit "stylish".

    Additionally:
-Inflate some balloons and tape them to the areas where kitty claws. First POP should discourage her from using that area, again.

    -Trim her claws

-Buy the cardboard scratching areas which many cats like.

-Buy a cat tower and spray catnip spray on it. The ones with jute lining one pole are great.

-Use a spray bottle when you see her scratching on something.

My cat Elizabeth, who we think is about two years old, we believe was feral/a stray. However, lately I have been nervous that she might have had an owner previously... Why? Well, she is VERY friendly, which is odd behavior for a feral cat. Tghat is basically all I can think of... What I am assuming, is that she had an owner, and then she was running around one day, and got lost, and forgot her way back, so she lived in the wild. I am just afraid that someone else owned her, and that I took away someone's beloved cat... I'd hate to have to give her back to whomever owned her if she did have an owner, though, since she is basically what I look foward to seeing everyday. She follows me, sleeps with me, and jumps into the car. Yep. She does that. She also has such a beautiful purr... If it helps your answer of her possibly having an owner, she had tapeworms, earmites, and fleas when I met her. She alsow asn't from a shelter, the eprson who teaches me how to ride horses found her
