  • My boyfriend is really into the color pink. Is he gay?

My boyfriend and I recently moved into a house together. I let him chose the color of our bedroom, he insisted on pink... ALL pink. I love pink but it's not like he's doing this for my benefit. I even questioned him on it, he was very very insitent. I'm starting to think he might be gay or bisexual.... show more

I am considering investing in a franchise. I just learned that there are 3 locations in the commercial space that will require electricity in the middle of the room. They want the wires to be ran under the carpet (using carpet tiles). I've did some research and learned that the 2 options are either using FCC (flat wire) or cutting into the ground. The current space has hardwood on top of concrete. I know you will not be able to give me real numbers, but what kind of pricing should I be looking for? Space is maybe 20 feet wide, 50 feet deep. I guess they would have to get the power running from the walls to the center of the room? Maybe 10 feet? Just trying to get my head around pricing before I decide to invest. This is the only thing I'm clueless about and if it's going to cost a million dollars, I'll opt out.

  • If I need to break a window, would covering it up with a curtain prevent me from doing so?

I need to break an old window glass out of its frame. To avoid getting injured, I'm thinking of placing a curtain or towel over it, then smack it with a hammer. Would the curtain/towel get int he way of the hammer, preventing me from being able to break the window by softening the blows?

It is useless. 2) Remove that old set of concrete steps and build steps and a new porch if possible, but make each step 4-feet long by 14-inches wide in redwood or pressure-treated wood. Remove the concrete single-wide path from the sidewalk and widen the path to 4-feet wide, wide enough for 2 people to be side-by-side. 3) Remove all that grass and dig in better soil amendment and topsoil. Plant along the foundation there some short "mounding" shrubs, such as easy care boxwood, glossy abelia, or if you are not allergic, salvia (related to sage) plants. Get about 5 plants to plant along the porch. In front of those plants, get some very low-growing, low maintenance ground cover such as phlox. You will need about 20 small phlox starts planted in 2 rows of 10 about 10-inches apart. 4) Do line or "outline" the space with a plastic weed barrier edging right along at the edge of the sidewalk and around the new walk and steps to reduce weeds from growing along the edges there. -------------- That's about all I can offer at the moment. I would draw a picture but ANswers is difficult about uploading photos.

Wash and Rinse in VERY HOT Water.
Place on the Dowels to dry. In a cool room.
The water should evaporate, and any excess or condensation will drip down.
