So I have been taking 150mg of ranitidine twice a day for my acid reflux for the past 6 months, and recently my symptoms have been much worse. For the past week, I’ve had a scratchy throat waking up which eventually lead to post nasal drip. Now, the throat pain is gone but I still have a stuffy nose. What’s worrying me is that I have a wet cough after when I eat. This has never happened before and I’m afraid it could be a lung related issue. Again, it only occurs after I eat and surpresses after a few coughs. Everytime I search it up, the only results I get are pneumonia so it’s a bit worrying lol. Does anyone else have these symptoms with acid reflux?

I gave birth a few months ago and about a month or so after I started having dry poops and constipation. I strained a lot on the toilet and now I feel my bum stretch and tear when I poop. Especially if it’s big and even more if it’s dry. I need more fibre, I know. I bleed bright red and can feel the same area where it tears. I can’t see anything externally but the burning sting happens a cm or two inside the anus. Sometimes it also itches after. I think I felt a small bump where it used to tear. I think it’s piles. How can I cure this problem?
