    Hi. I'm 17, girl. I want to lose 15 pounds. It has been a month since I started losing weight, and I only lost about 6 pounds.     Hi. I'm 17, girl. I want to lose 15 pounds. It has been a month since I started losing weight, and I only lost about 6 pounds. I'm extremely frustrated because I have stayed in the same weight range for about a week now, and it's not moving anywhere. I'm not doing anything different from before; I'm eating well (I'm on a plant based diet), I dont consume more than 20 grams of sugar a day, and I workout regularly. What do I do? Not seeing the number on the scale go down is very unmotivating, and it makes me wanna give up. I'm sad because I used to eat 4 donuts a day everyday. I would have muffins, cookies, etc. I cut all that out and became vegan while going on a plant based diet, and yet still, nothing is happening to my weight. I don't even look any different from before. Any advice? Please help :(

    Best answer: AJ is right. If you ditch sugar and other sources high in fructose and cheap, fried foods and only have them occasionally (like once a month), you'll lean out, automatically. Exercise has almost nothing to do with fat loss, but it will make you viable and regulate your mood, so it'll help ward off... show more

    I’m 16 and I am not overly overweight but I feel and look disgusting and chubby. I am an emotional eater and I am going through quite a lot right now which is not helping me at all. I cry every time I see my body in a mirror and I just don’t know if I can go on feeling this way any longer. I’ll starve myself but it just results in me binge eating. I feel like I do have a balanced diet and I do a lot of exercise but nothing ever seems to change. I feel extreamly guilty and shameful when I do eat and it’s really depressing me and I don’t know what to do anymore.

    Best answer: Healthy but maybe not for everyday consumption. It all depends how you eat it and how much you eat it.
    You can try with veggies to volumize it a bit, also eat better quality pastas.

    Best answer: 10 years since last enter in gym. But everyday activities same as on farm (combined more tasks). I hate to sit, and I can't more then 30 minutes.     It is normally your body to be more fit more months after gym, because your body gets time to fill the empty space maden by torturing the muscles and recover.

    Everyday tasks help better for the body to properly distribute the 'things'.

    After some year, you can do a month in gym again to repeat the process, if you wish... it gets good to the overall to the organism.
