It's like a part of nature. we happen to to above chickens, lambs etc. in the food chain. We have canine teeth designed to eat meat. I undertsand the vegetarians' point of view. But veganism is a bit too extreme because they do not even consume dairy products. You don't have to kill/ harm animals to get milk...if you're a vegan, why do you avoid dairy also? Anyway, I enjoy meat but I feel like **** knowing an animal had to die to become my food. If you eat meat, how do you deal with this?

But now medical science has recently concluded that the old guidelines were not correct. That NO amount of alcohol is good for you.

    Yes, you are addicted.
This is not something to boast about. The maturity of people will look down on you.
You inability to face reality sober indicates serious underlying psychological/emotional problems. You are using alcohol as a coping strategy, but this is a strategy that will ruin you.
    Get some therapy.

You do run the risk of scorching or burning the sauce. If you have to make it thicker it will be safer to do so in the oven. Put your sauce in a heavy duty pot, I like my Dutch oven. Set the oven at about 300 and let it remain in the oven, check and stir after about 30 minutes. If you still want it thicker check and stir again about every 15 minutes.

You need to learn to shop like a European, then you can have any food you want if you purchase only a day or 2 days worth.

In America, we like to buy a car load of groceries at one time and cook enough to feed an army, then store the leftovers in Big Refrigerators.
