Best answer: Yes, it's technically possible. And legally, even if it was proven that you only had oral and not vaginal sex, he is still the father and he still has to pay child support.

This did in fact happen in Illinois when a female doctor gave a male doctor oral sex (Phillips v Irons). The appellate court ruled that the sperm was irrevocably given to Dr Sharon Irons, and she could do with it what she wanted.

The odds of this succeeding would be much lower if his penis is right at the back of your throat as he ejaculates, thus forcing you to swallow. or to choke on his semen. That's why some guys like to force your head forward as they come.

It would also work if another person was doing the oral sex, then passed the sperm in a sterile jar to you. So you could even get a gay guy to become the involuntary father of your child.

Do be warned about a number of potential problems:

    1) If the father dies before your child is born you would have a legal claim on his estate. But getting his DNA to prove paternity may be difficult, especially if he is cremated.

    2) A few men who realise that his girlfriend is pregnant and she won't have an abortion have induced and abortion by punching her hard in the lower abdomen. Naturally this is an illegal and criminal act, but case law has shown the charge is assault, which some men may be prepared to face. You may want to stay out of his way till the baby is born (as killing his child after birth is murder.

    3) He may sue for visitation rights. It is often possible to frustrate his attempts to visit his child, but there are rare cases where the court has jailed the mother for refusing visitation rights.

    4) It is theoretically possible for the man to sue for custody and make YOU pay child support to HIM. His chances of success are very low because you're female and he's male, but it has happened.

    5) Be warned that such action won't get him to marry you. You don't start off a successful marriage by deceiving someone.

    6) Also be warned that becoming a single mother doesn't put you in an enviable position to find other men for marriage or long term relationships. Most men don't want to get involved in raising another man's child.

Really cases such as yours should be handled by a "paper abortion" (or "statutory abortion") in which the child is still born alive but he has the right to end all his paternal rights and obligations before the child is born or as soon as he learns of the child's existence (whichever is later). I don't agree with such a move if the guy has voluntarily had vaginal intercourse with a woman but he really had no expectation that oral sex would make him a father.

I wouldn’t call myself with being a feminist even though I do agree with some things, but I mean I don’t have a word for what I believe in... isn’t the actual definition based on wanting to be equal and how is it so wrong if people didn’t abuse it? But then again I do think men are built differently than females so that could be an advantage in many things. But I don’t know just a curious question no hate. 😂🙏😭

I am mortified. This turned out almost as embarrassing as the time you told us to wear Speedos to the Parent/Teacher Association meeting.

White male Asian female relationships are the most common interracial relationship. It's more common than White female Black male relationships, which these alt right people despise. Given this fact, they have no right to tell other races of men not to date White women, especially not Asian men since, White men are always dating Asian women.

Best answer: OR perhaps healthier men are more likely to get married. Same statistics occur.

The current feminist driven agenda to show that marriage is advantageous to men simply states their conclusion as to why with no evidence. Causation and correlation are not the same thing.

My example of causation and correlation:

Ice cream sales and drownings are roughly proportionate to each other (at least in the US). When ice cream sales go up, so do drownings. When they go down, so do drownings.

Does that mean ice cream causes drownings?

It is *JUST* as reasonable to ask if drowning increases ice cream sales.

"My Uncle Bob just drowned. Ice cream for everyone!"

The ACTUAL causation is far simpler: Warmer weather causes people to eat ice cream more. It also causes people to swim more.

Drownings and ice cream sales do not effect each other, but both are effected by weather.

Best answer: A minority of men in our culture feel entitled to beat up women. The majority think beating up women is terribly wrong and were raised to believe that they must never hit a women under any circumstances. Some members of this majority won't even defend themselves against an attack started by a woman.

Of those men who beat up women, some of those don't "feel entitled". If you are a true psychopath then the term "feel entitled" has no meaning because it implies a belief in binding moral concepts. Many feminists don't understand this, which is why they keep calling for us to teach men not to rape and not to beat up women. If teaching morality aleways worked then we wouldn't have crime.

Some men grew up seeing their fathers beat up their mothers. Many sons are disgusted by this but can do nothing about it. But some think that's how the man should control his family.

Some men were bullies when they were in school. They grew to like the power of beating up the weaker kid. But when they are grown up this pleasure is taken away from them unless they are in certain occupations. For many of these former bullies the only safe way to continue bullying is to bully and beat up their own wives in the privacy of their homes. They probably got a sense of entitlement because in school nothing is really done about bullying, so they were getting away with it.

But the guys who do beat up their wives know that it isn't accepted by society. No man ever bragged to his mates in the pub about how he beat up his wife. They will only brag about beating up other men. One of the first things a wife-beater does is ensure that the wife is scared to talk to anyone about. And if the police are called to his house, or if he's in court facing a domestic violence charge, he doesn't defend himself by saying "But it's my own wife!" He denies it.

Feminists are naive to believe that just teaching morality is enough to correct bad behaviour. Many people who do the wrong thing know they are doing the wrong thing, but do it anyway.
