Where can I find one?

I recently graduated, and a recruiting/consulting company that I recently began speaking with wants to train me for several weeks, and then state on my resume that I have had five years of work experience (I have zero years). Is this heard of, common, ethical, and/or legal?

and I left because the job was commission based with no guaranteed salary, no pay the first week and we had to pay our own travel costs not to work but to the places the boss sent us (and I have to keep begging family members for help with money which i feel VERY bad about), is it worth noting down 3 days experience at this place that I resigned from if I wanted a job in sales? Also someone said I wouldn't get a job in sales with no experience...but i haven't found any place that gives you work experience in sales specifically (I have experience in things like handing out flyers and a couple other things) and a lot of online vacancies do not even ask for experience but more that i am GCSE level (i went to college and uni although didn't finish uni). I did get another couple sales offers but one was just another commission based salary thing which doesn't work out for someone like me with no money to start with, the other one was too far off in a place I was unfamiliar with and I couldn't track down the exact location in time but the thing that put me off is they wanted my personal details with bank details over email and i just did not feel comfortable with this. If you saw my CV you'd see a big section with my education (I have several diplomas) and a work experience section with 3 different work experiences that lasted one day each. I'm just worried I won't find a job in the next month?

For nearly two years, I've put my back into my workplace, staying late, covering for my coworkers frequent call-outs and working almost every position. Last December, I was promoted to shift leader and got a pay raise. Everything was going well but a couple of weeks ago, I was demoted and my pay cut out of the blue because they got some new managers. I had not heard a single complaint about my work, so I'm not sure why they demoted me. At any rate, I've since refused to work any more hours than I'm scheduled. I leave at the time I was scheduled to leave and my boss is getting upset with me. Do they deserve my loyalty if they aren't going to show me any? After spending the better part of two years putting everything I had into that place and this is how they treat me?

If you're a trainee at McDonald's or the like, you most likely will get paid....if you're learning the ropes of journalism, you probably won't. So, it really comes down to where you're working. It will be discussed - or at least in your paperwork - whether you get paid training or not. If you don't read your contract, that's your own fault.

I been working for this job for 5 months and only every since I started it was horrible. I started off chasing my boss for my check. I never received my pay roll on time, my boss is sending me walk in checks, and sending me money through money gram. Every time I question him able it He says that we would solve it, or he is busy, or always with a client. I never met this man in my life I got the job over the phone and started working the next day. I'm a caregiver who don't deserve this. I only receive 1,000 in 5 months when I would usually make 1,000 in 2 weeks. My boss says not to give up on him because he's going to fix Every thing but he isnt answering or returning none of my calls. I quit my job in the beginning on this month and still haven't receive my last pay roll. He made my account get in the negative due to a walk in check. Please tell me what should I do or what do you guys think!!! (I also only got 1 check stub)
