    I was born with an auto-immune disorder and my doctors diagnosed me with liver-cirrhosis at age 16. My parents don't seem to want to support me. My doctors said the best thing I can do is lose 50 pounds. But I already lost 50 pounds four times, only to gain it back at the family-dinner table. My parents buy pizza, pasta, Chinese-food, steak and potatoes and very rarely make salads. They keep nagging at me to eat what they prepare 5, 6, 7, 8 times. Even my brother and sister don't want to listen to me. Their pressure to conform is just too much. I even bought a mini-refrigerator in hopes I can stabilize my diet and they filled it will my own junk; and eventually took it away from me. _______ Advice Please

    Hi! I have a spinal injury (herniated discs) I have constant sciatica and I'm in constant pain (yes I've seen multiple neurosurgeons and they all refuse to operate and they don't recommend any forms of physiotherapy etc - I'm trying to figure it out myself as they aren't helping me). I've had this for about 2.5 years now. I can't bend, I can't lift, I can't run. Before my injury I was fit and healthy, I'd run 10kms every day etc. Now I've put on 25kgs + I feel heavy unfit and awful. How can I lose weight and remain fit and healthy with my injury? Also does anyone know how to heal herniated discs? Thanks.

Every other day i get in full body work outs. I work full time so whenever i have time i do it. I also only drink now water and coffee/tea. I cut my calories to 1200 a day.

    My husband and I have been married for 5 years. Since that time he went from obese to very obese (now around 580 lbs) and I went from overweight to obese (around 415 lbs). I got this heavy from adapting to his diet and lifestyle—we love spending time together, and since he loves to sit and eat, I started moving less and eating more. I bring him food since it’s hard on him to walk without help, and we eat together. It takes 3-4 plates per meal for him to feel full. He can only eat from bed or the couch because of his size, so it’s easy for us to fall asleep after meals. I know the food we’re eating is very bad for us, but at this point we both can’t help ourselves. So far today we had eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, and hashbrowns for breakfast, cinammon buns and muffins as a snack. For lunch he had 2 large pepperoni pizzas and brownies, and I had a medium cheese and brownies. We both napped and since then have been munching on leftover Mac and cheese. For dinner he wants takeout Chinese, which I’m about to order. And then we normally have a late night meal after dinner followed by more snacks. We tried to diet before. I was able to cut back a little, but he couldn’t cut back at all. I’m worried for our health. He can’t walk without me helping him, and I’m worried I’ll end up his size too. The other day I was walking to the living room and got so out of breath I had to pause in the hallway, and lean against a wall to catch my breath. How do we make a change?

    Okay so I weigh about 135 and I’m 5’2. I have a good amount of muscle. Especially in my legs. I have bigger things and toned calves. I want to lose the fat on my thigh tho and tone it and tone my stomach. My stomach has been really bloated lately and I just want to get rid of that excess fat on the lower stomach. I play club volleyball and we condition a lot and I workout at home here and there. I try and aim for 20 min of Cardio. I do core workouts and legs. So I eat Oatmeal with Cinnamon and cut up strawberries and bananas almost every morning. Sometimes i would eat Protein Cheerios with Almond milk but I try to avoid the Cheerios and I love the oatmeal and it’s way healthier. I Love fruit so I will eat mangos and plums and I eat a lot of bananas. I spend $80 on groceries of healthy foods. I also eat Tuna in a little packet, it’s lemon pepper and offers 18G of Protein. I eat Unsalted Peanuts and I cook chicken at home in Butter and eat it with lemon pepper. Lately I’ve been eating peanut butter with honey with 15Grain bread and I know bread isn’t too good for you but I try and just eat wheat I don’t eat white anymore but i like eating wheat anyways. I also add peanut butter to my bananas sometimes cause it’s so good. This isn’t what I eat everyday but this is what I generally eat. Bananas are definitely an everyday thing and I have been buying more strawberries too. I eat protein bars but I limit hem cause Ik they are processed.

    I have been recently starting exercise like jogging 5 miles in 6 o'clock in the morning the I eat my daily fruit blender juice which I mix all. And then I go to gym? So I need to eat food with low fat, low sugar, salt, and I like to buy apple juice, orange juice and many different kinds of fruit juice and I like to buy raw honey, and organic fruit and vegetables.. But recently ever since I saw in Google that so called weight watchers have higher calories then they claim. And that so called organic juice have added a little bit of artificial flavour.. And mislabelleling their products as fresh and no sugars.. Then what can I do where should I buy top quality foods in UK with no mislabelleling and paced with vitamins, and nutrients.. Do you trust the food companies when they label their food as "organic" or "freshly squeezed" organic juice with no artificial flavouring. Damn what should I do now?
