I’m 20 and just had a baby. Both me and the dad are still living with parents. I come to visit for a week my babys dad side but every time I visit I really can’t help but get anxiety and depressed being there. Plus they’re pressuring me to live with them. Dad works all day/night so I’m alone. When I’m over, I get no privacy what so ever they just take my baby all day and the only time I get her is at night around 10pm. I can’t even breastfeed like I want too because all they do is give her formula. If I do try too they’re wanting her back even tho it’s 5 mins into it. Trying to go into the room when it’s awk for me. Also they gave her water without my knowledge. Tried to convince me I should give formula and also feed a little water to my baby I told them i wasn’t okay with it. They got offended and said I don’t know anything and that they had raised 4 kids fine. My baby was crying uncontrollably and I think it was because of the water I couldn’t calm her. They don’t let my baby take any naps during the day they mess with her waking her up. They keep giving my baby 2 baths a day when she’s still so small I told them it should be 3 times a week. She’s a newborn idk why they’re treating her like a 3 month old. When I’m there I just feel dark. I have no say in anything. I don’t wanna visit until she’s 4-5 months honestly. When I’m home they blow my phone constantly to video chat my baby and it’s hard when I barely get time to enjoy myself. I really just wanna shut out.

My son's dad and I are not on good terms and my parents are still upset and told me they are not helping with any of the expenses. I know $1000 is not a lot or nearly enough to buy absolutely everything so I want to know what is the MUST have purchases. I won't be having a baby shower and i literally have nothing for him please any advice or discounted stores that I can shop for baby things would be amazing. Thanks in advanced.

He was my age and now i'm 73 so it's so tragic when I look back and see how much life he has missed, it turned out it was because his girlfriend left him, I couldn't believe it, he was the nicest and funniest person you could meet, he never had trouble attracting girls and was vey popular with his friends.

Suicide is never the answer, any and all problems can be solved even when it feels hopeless, talking about it to someone is a good start.

I asked the pediatrician and she said that it’s normal for babies to do this because they have to get use to it. That babies tend to clench up instead of relax while going. Has anyone else experienced this? It kills me to see her so uncomfortable and I don’t know how to help. I tried to bicycle her legs but it doesn’t seem to really help her. Is there anything else I can do to help her?

it via fear advertisisng. Think! Babies are supposed to get scuffed knees and the odd bruise. It's part of the learning process. Who knows? If we make it too comfortable for babies to stay on their knees, maybe they won't bother to try standing up!
