You can't just come here and stay for a couple of months. First, a tourist visa is valid for 30 days only and secondly, when landing a job, you would have to leave the country and enter on the proper entry permit.
Most companies require 3 - 5 years of experience, because they want to benefit from foreign workforce and not train them. It might be better to gain this experience in your home country first. With experience you also will be in a much better position to negotiate a better salary package.

  • Can i cancel my expired residence uae visa from india to send passport to uae through friend? if yes then what documents i nee d? pls help?

Best answer: Your former employer needs the original passport along with a request of cancellation to cancel your visa. But - if you absconded, your visa got cancelled already, an absconding case was filed and you are blacklisted. If so, you have to contact your former employer to find an amicable solution.
