• TRUMP – Would you give him a loan?

Best answer: If a person doesn't want to pay you back, an notarized promissary note won't change that.

The general rule is you don't loan money to anyone unless you don't care if you are ever paid back.

I am 18 and she is 15 turning 16 in a few months. We have been dating since April of last year. We already made it clear that there would be no sexual conduct going on, considering she’s a “minor” and I’m an “adult”. This was going to remain a simmered down relationship until she gets to legal age or until I ask for her parents for consult for sex. But, apparently, her parents (adopted) found out she was dating me and decided to press charges. I don’t understand their reasoning for pressing charges on me because I positively assure you that I haven’t had any sexual misconduct with this girl. Sure there has been some flirty text messages. But no nudes or exotic pictures were ever to be presented and the intentions of myself and her both know the rules in our state (Alabama). How can I defend against this? And if not how can I reduce these charges from slim to none? Are there any good attorneys or lawyers that are made for this exact case? Thank you.

My question is can i still get a IT job after college with this on my record? Or can i expunge in the state of va after couple years? These cops lost all my respect putting me through the court system at such a young age for a stupid mistake that I’ve done. Paid for it with my own money by going through 2 jobs and having a craiglist business but now this is in my head. Can i still grab a job after college? And if not how can i expunge it? I’m just young kid that’s over stressed out and can’t disappoint my dad again. Like how do i expunge this? Please and thank you. And if ur wondering I’m in loudoun county va

I worked at a job for 6yrs. Though I disliked a fee people I actually learned a lot and enjoyed helping who I could. There were a lot of wrongs about the job dued to the people I had to work with only thinking about themselves and then having a director that didnt appreciate me when I was doing a 2-3 people job and he only wanted to give me a 25cent raise. This job caused me a lot of stress and depression. I soon took FMLA due to the stress & depression a week later I was being fired on some BS. I assumed my then manager was behind it because she didnt like me. And didnt like that I went on FMLA when she was trying to bring in new people for me to train. I filed a lawsuit but loss because I couldnt prove discrimination and had to sign off on sonething. Three years later I am in contact with a fee friends from my old job. My friend tells me they fired my manager for a reason she didnt know. They demoted my director. A lot of people left, moved to other depts and or got fired so karma came back around for them for what was done to me. I was employed at another company but was laid off a few minths back. My friend told me I should apply to work back at our old job now that those gross folks I worked directly with are gone. Could I apply at my old company or would I be wasting my time? I ve never bashed the company, it was just the nasty people that worked there at the time.

I told him i was 18. But then he said that it doesn't matter. You're still in school. There were a lot of arguments about rights of 18 years olds who are still in high school. I believe that if an 18 year old enough join the military, die for their, get married, have sex, have children, vote, move out, rent a house, or do porn then they should be old enough to sign their sign out regardless if they are still in high school or not. And yes, i still live with my parents. But that's only because i'm struggling and work at a low paying job where i only schedule for a few days for a few hours. I don't make enough to pay bills. I'm trying to find another job where i can work everyday and get paid well. But even that, im still struggling to find a job that will hire me. The job that im working right now was the only place that hired me.

I told her I would do it as a favor for free with the agreement that it is ongoing.. so she can have it for her and I can use it as a portfolio item (I do freelance work). She said OK.. so her dad hated me when we dated and once I finished the website, she asked if I can take my name off the site. I said no, since i spent 42 hours working on the website, she did nothing to help but provide photos & text/content. I did the graphic design and everything. She said in an email mind you, "I'll pay you $300 or whatever to have your name taken off" .. then still took the site down! She called the hosting company and took the site down. I then told her she owed me for the work I did and she said she doesn't owe me for anything. Note there was no "contract" and this was all verbal. What do you think? Does she owe me or no?

How can I report someone to the post for ripping up someones mail? and what is the punishment for mail tampering?

And i am now aware that trespassing is in the class 1 misdemeanor(which my lawyer failed to mention to me). I am also aware that the state of va does not expunge records. I’m all in my head depressed thinking that i won’t get a job after college. Especially a IT job. My main question is, let’s say i moved to Maryland,New York, or Florida. When i apply for jobs over their. Will they have access to see my Virginia record?
