  • Moving toddler to own room while she still wakes up at night.?

Any other sugestions or helpful tips would be appreciated.

  • Why are old people such jerks?

Best answer: they definitely get in the way a lot, and waste everybody's time - I don't care how old somebody is - they can't stand in doorways and block parking lots

  • When I have my baby can I request I use my bottles from home instead of the hospital ones?

Best answer: Yes. Absolutely. Hospitals will use anything you provide from home, so long as it adheres to their safety guidelines etc. When I was working with expecting mothers, I saw women who wanted to cloth diaper, who wanted to use a specific type of formula etc. and in general the hospital adhered to their requests. Just make sure you have the correct flow nipple for a newborn. If your goal is to bottle feed from birth, your child really won't know the difference in nipples and will likely just accept whatever is offered.

  • How long after smoking pot can you return to breastfeeding?

I live in a state where it is legal! I’ve asked 3 drs, none of them can tell me when I can safely breast feed my baby after a night out. I smoked pot before I was pregnant, I’d like to go out and have a nice night out with my friends, I’ve arranged a baby sitter and the girls and I all have a night out planned, just one thing, I know that THC can be up to 8x concentrated in breastmilk, and I do breastfeed... so wjonling doni have tonpukp and dump befor it’s safe to feed my bay again? The drs say alcohol is fine that I don’t even have to dump 🤨 but I know to dump for the first 24 hours after a night drinking, but how long for smoking pot? I haven’t had any in +9months. Should I wait 3 days? 24hours? A week? I asked a lactation specialist and she didn’t know, my obgyn didn’t know, and the Pediatrician Just said to “set and example” and not do it.. 😩 I just want one night out.

  • Best advice for buying baby clothes? Or where to buy it?

I recommend a 6-Pack of onsies (long sleeve in cooler months), and a half dozen pull-on pants. These are good “around the house” clothes. Get a couple outfits. My babies all wore Robeez crib shoes — these fit like socks and dress up an outfit. They are hard to kick off, don’t constrict foot development like typical shoes, and last a few months on average. Of course there are more items you can get, but those and sleepers are pretty much basic. Buy as needed.

  • Planning for a baby?

And even then, stockpiling on diapers is not necessarily a good idea because there is the chance that your baby may have an allergy to that brand. There is also the chance that your baby may be too big for the size you've bought and then those diapers are useless.

I get that you want to save money on things and you want to be ready, but its a smarter choice to just start a fund and put that money you'd spend on diapers etc. in there until its time to buy them for real. The last thing you want to do is get pregnant, have all of these things, and then have a miscarriage and be reminded of all of this baby stuff after such a loss. Or have all of this baby stuff and find out you have fertility issues. For some women it can be like a slap in the face.

So I told her I will no longer do it because I’m tired I get home 12 am every night. It has been living hell room mating with her. Thing is her baby’s father offer to help but she tries to look so independent for him. Then she talks about needing help with her infant when she goes back to work every day. I told her no. Am I wrong?

Since medication would be helpful and she cannot tolerate it, the ER staff will have to figure out the best way to give her the antibiotics. You definitely want to bring in a child when they are in danger of severe dehydration, which your daughter is. Please just go to the ER, do not wait any longer for contact with her doctor.
