    Hey, I'm recovering from anorexia. I'm nearly 2 months in, and eating is becoming more and more difficult. Recently, I've been finding it easier to get my daily calories by replacing some of my meals with high calorie smoothies. I've been having a smoothie for breakfast and dinner. I still eat my lunch and snacks like normal. Is this okay? I am completely weight-restored, if that matters. Thanks! :)

Do three sets with a minute between sets. Once you can do 12 easily, start with men's style. Get to the point where you can do 8-12 at a time. Repeat.

    For your thighs, do squats. It will be hard at first.

    You'll see improvement after about 10 days (skip some days to rest, or do arms and chest one day, legs another). You'll see dramatic change after 30 days.

    You can't lose weight in specific areas, but you can improve your muscle tone, and muscle takes up less space so you'll look smaller.
