I'm a 5 foot 3 inches female weighing 132-133.
About 2 weeks ago I weighed 128. I feel like crying because I have no idea why I am gaining weight.
I go to the gym about 6 times a week. I have one rest day on Sunday!
I do cardio for about 45 min like on the treadmill or the elliptical and sometimes I lift weight but when I do its like 25 pound and I do that for like 5 min. I don't want to lift much because I heard that lifting gets you more muscle with cause weight gain and that is not what I want which is why i'm freaking about because I gained about 5 pounds. Can someone please explain to me why I gained so much weight in a short period of time.
My diet consist of about 1300-1500 calories
Breakfast I usually eat yogurt with some oatmeal or I would make a protein shake. or a green smoothie.
Lunch I will have like a piece of fruit and some protein source but lately it has been salad. When I eat my salad I eat it with tomato and onion so I get a lot of vegetables
Dinner I would eat a vegetable with a protein like skinless chicken or charbroiled chicken.
Someone plezse help me I am freaking out Also my inches stayed the same so im not gaining inches just weight and it make sm ewant to cry everyday I don'tknow what to do if I should just stop eating all together or what. I'm so confused and everyone I talk to they don't know either so that's make sme even more confused. I used to weigh 140. Now I am 147. I'm a 5'3 female and have been eating the normal calorie limit and also eat very clean. About 4 days ago I was 140 3 days ago (after that. I got put into hospital) since the 8 hour stay in hospital getting a ct scan with iv idonie. And a bag of saline iv. I now weigh 147. I'm going to cry because I don't know why i gained so much. :(( I need help please someone
I'm 20 years old . I have been on the bc pill for about 2 year's now. The pharmacy recently switched my pill from orysthesia to lessina now when i have my period which i started yesterday it's very light not as usual. I'm so scared i don't know what to do. Since yesterday I have gained 5 pounds. I don't know what happened. All I ate yesterday was some chili and that's it. It is not my period or anything like that. I have no clue what happened. I was 144 now im 150. I am 20 years old and I hike about 15 miles a day that's includes up and down hill. I try to eat healthy I don't drink soda or juice I drink plenty of water and I still keep gaining weight. Can someone please help me lose weight. Im going to cry everyday because im gaining. Help im so fat. Idk why I am gaining weight I weigh 158 and im 5foot 3 inches im 19 years old. I eat right . Like today I had special k bar for breakfast and for lunch a whole wheat turkey sandwhich and dinner I had a small prok chop with green beans and I excersises and I do biking for cardio etc. I can't lose weight im gaining weight. I had a microdistectomy about 6 months ago and after the surgery the pain was gone. Now when I lay down and sometimes when i'm walking and definitely when I am sitting I can feel the pain in my leg. Why is this doing this and what should I do. I'm going to be going on the airplane for the first time May 17th. I have no idea what its like. What I have to bring. Like what things I can bring. Can I bring my cell phone and Ipad on board of the plane. What things can I put in my luggage. How does the luggage work. WHere do i put the luggage when I get there. How do I get the luggage back. I have no idea. Someone please tell me so i'm not expecting something crazy to happen. And when I come back I am bringing a dog with me. Will they allow me to bring him on the plane. I just bought a digital scale like 3 hours ago. On hardwood floor When i first stepped on it . The scale says 170.2. Then i step on it after 3 seconds and it says 165 then again says 169.
