  • How can I fix my posture?

Hello. I’m 21 years old (female) and I need help. I‘ve had a slight hunch for most of my life. I also have scoliosis and mild pectus excavatum. I get light headed when I attempt to stand up straight and I have difficulty breathing (I assume because of my pectus). It might be too late, but I need to know what to do to fix my posture. I purchased a Lumo Lift (a device you attach to your clothes; it buzzes whenever you slouch) about 7 years ago but I stopped using it when I realized it was only helping one half of my body. I used to go to a chiropractor and though it really helped, the results were never permanent and I couldn’t afford to keep going each month for $50 an appointment (I spent over $300).

Do you know of any easy exercises or any apps that would guide me to standing up straight? I just don’t know what to do anymore. Thank you

What kind of accordion is this?

My dad found this accordion in our neighbor’s house, but we just can’t figure out what model it is or any details about it!

On the back it says “Made in Italy By Jam Ferri” but I don’t know if that’s really the creator’s name since the font is weird. There’s a little crown on the top (as you can see in the picture) but the brand says something like “niAMonn”

    Please help out:)

  • What product should I use to listen to audio from 2 devices with one pair of earbuds?

My boyfriend plays Rocket League on his Switch and listens/talks to his friends through Discord on his phone. I've looked on Amazon and found 2 male 1 female audio splitters, but I don't know if that's the right product. Does anyone have links? Thanks

  • Which variable is dependent and which one is independent?

My two variables are "education" and "satisfaction with job," which is the dependent and which is the independent?

Are people who completed 13 or more years of school more satisfied with their job position?

  • What jobs can I get with a masters in sociology?

So I’m a second year at UCLA and I’m pursuing a masters degree in sociology. I waaaas going for a masters in psych, but the work load and stress became too much, so I switched to sociology.

I’ve looked up “what jobs are available” but I can’t find a detailed site, just job offer sites. If you know of any educational sites that’ll give me detailed descriptions on jobs OR if you know any jobs and are willing to write a detailed explanation, I’d greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks a ton!

Which art program is the best for drawing comics/cartoons?

Hey, I currently have Painter Essentials 5 and I don't like it at all. No matter which tool I use, I still get blurry lines. I need a program that's affordable (cheap), easy to use, and has CRISP LINES!

Please leave some recommendations. I'd really like to start drawing better doodles as soon as possible.

I added a couple of my doodles just so y'all can see my problems :/

    THANK YOU!

  • What kind of tone does the first 7 lines of Sonnet 14 have?

Writing a midterm paper about sonnet fourteen and how it's based on the concept of love, but I just wanted to throw some razzle-dazzle in and talk about the tone of the first half. I was thinking the tone was either mysterious or condescending or confused, what do you think?

    "Not from the stars do I my judgment pluck;

And yet methinks I have astronomy,

But not to tell of good or evil luck,

    Of plagues, of dearths, or seasons' quality;

Nor can I fortune to brief minutes tell,

Pointing to each his thunder, rain and wind,

Or say with princes if it shall go well,

By oft predict that I in heaven find:"

    Thanks!

  • Does Ne2^+2 exist?

Can you please help explain if this thing is real? It's Ne2 (but the 2 is small and under the "e")^+2 (this means the +2 is really small and above the Ne2).

Please, please help. I just don't know.

  • Why does the beauty mark on my face hurt whenever I touch it?

So, I've had this small beauty mark on my face since I was about 8 years old (I'm currently 18) and it's never caused me problems until a few days ago. Whenever I touch it, I feel a painful sensation, which seems very unusual. I've also notice that there seems to be a tiny lump under it. The mark isn't really a perfect circle (it kind of spreads out) and there are three tiiiiny moles around it that seemed to have popped up somewhat recently (maybe 10 months ago). Should I be worried or should I just forget about it?

  • Is Paper Mario: Sticker Star still in the Nintendo eShop?

I want to buy the game, but it seems like none of the Targets or GameStops have the non-preordered version. I don't have my 3DS on me, so I was wondering if someone could help me out and look in the eStore to see if it's still available. Thanks a ton!!!

"I cannot decide, and, again, I am confused."

The "and, again," part seems weird. Please help. Thanks.

  • How can I read a book formatted for the Kindle, without a Kindle?

I m really interested in this book called "The Bridge to Lucy Dunne," but it s only sold on Amazon and formatted for the Kindle. However, I don t own a Kindle, so if I purchase the book, is there anyway I could just read it on my iPhone or something else? Thank you!

(P.S. This is really important to me, because the last time I voluntarily read a book was in 2013. I m ashamed.)

  • Are scooters allowed on UCLA's campus?

So I got accepted to UCLA as of the Fall semester of this year and found out my housing is going to be Hedrick Hall. I know UCLA has a lot of stairs so I don't really want to take a bike. So I was just wondering, would it be okay if I just brought a scooter or would the university get angry? Thank you
