I have been to Colorado several time via car and have even been to the top of Pikes Peak (14,000ft), no real acclimation just into the mountains and have never experienced altitude sickness. Is there any real chance of me experiencing it while on vacation in the Andes?1 AnswerHealth & Safety9 years ago
I rolled my ankle playing tennis 5 years ago. It was a massive sprain but according to x-rays nothing was broken and I was on crutches for 2 weeks. Ever since I have had bouts of weakness and stiff leg muscles all the way up to my knee. I cant help but feel they missed something but I not such what to do next. Any ideas?3 AnswersInjuries9 years ago
I am looking for some good online resources about femininity, grace, and poise.
All of these which I lack!
I dont really need anything telling me "how to make men swoon" or "how to apply copious amounts of makeup."
What I need is the old fashion stuff like posture, movement and good communication skills.
As of now I am quite the butch tomboy.
A site with video tutorials or online lessons would be best.

Ok so here is the deal. I bought an 81 Aircooled Vanagon L. The body is in good condition with original paint (white) It has original brown carpet and original brown corduroy upholster all in good condition save sun rot on the back bench. Everything works A.C., whippers, horn, locks, breaks the whole deal. Plus a new stereo, sub, amp and all the tune-up work it needed. It has only 47,000 original miles...but...and there is always a but. It has a knock in the engine. So from what I know the engine needs rebuilt. I'm kinda at the crossroads here, do I fix it or do I sell it? If I fix it I will rebuild it myself...am I sain to assume that possible? Or should I take the money and run, if so what is this thing worth in its current condition?
Any help at all on this matter is greatly appreciated! Thank You!2 AnswersVolkswagen1 decade ago
